Kasereka John Muranga - CSI Fellow

Kasereka John Muranga lives and works in Uganda and works on human rights and governance issues in collaboration with the United Nations for Human Rights, Geneva, Switzerland and wildlife and management programs. He was the Chairman of the Buranga General Development Agencies (1996-2000), and is the Technical Advisor of the Buranga Women Development Association (2002-2007), Committee Member of the District Environment Committee (2004-2007), Vice Chairman of the Kyabarungira Microfinance Association (2005-2007), Project Manager of the Lhume Valley Ecotourism and Conservation Project (2005-2007) and Executive Director of the Rwenzori Mountains Development Association (1998-2007). Mr. Muranga holds degrees and advanced training in environmental management, nutrition and diet, HIV/AIDS community behavior change, development studies and wildlife and management.
